The guarantee comes before the invoice.

We do not publish a number, because a two-person bookkeeping shop and a fifteen-person firm are not the same engagement. What does not change is what happens if it fails.

Ten booked meetings in the first thirty days, or that month is free.

We work toward fifteen a month. If the first thirty days do not clear ten, you pay nothing for that month and you can end it there. Not a discount, not a partial refund, not a credit toward next month. After that, any month we fall short is made up at no extra cost. All of it assumes your traffic holds at the level we check together before starting, because that is the one input we do not control.

What is included

Before you commit

One free deliverable, built for your firm specifically. An applicant screener, a list of twenty five look-alike prospects with owner and verified email, or a fix for a gap on your site. Yours to keep either way.

Lead generation

You are already getting visitors. Most of them leave without ever becoming a conversation. We put qualification, booking and follow up in front of that traffic so more of it turns into meetings on your calendar, and we handle the replies. Three month term, because a month is not long enough to tell whether it worked.

Admin automation

Separate from the leads, and you can take one without the other. We build the workflows around the work actually eating your week, then keep them running month to month. Some firms take this alone and never touch the lead side.

The chat assistant

Free for the first thirty days so you can watch it work. It sits on your site, talks to visitors, works out who is worth your time, and books the good ones. Included at no cost for as long as we are generating leads for you. On its own it is a flat monthly line.

How billing works

A one time setup fee covers building the system into your workspace, and it is quoted before anything is built. Lead generation runs on a three month term. Everything else is month to month and you can stop it whenever you like. No platform to learn and nothing you have to log into.

Questions worth asking first

Why will you not just post a price?

Because the honest answer depends on your firm. How many prospects match your ideal client, how much of the admin work is worth automating, and how fast you want to move all change the number. A call gets you a real figure rather than a range you have to decode.

What counts as a lead?

A prospect who booked a meeting on your calendar and who meets your own standard for worth talking to. Not a form fill, not an email address, not a chat transcript. What qualified means is whatever it already meant to you before we spoke, written down at the start so neither of us can move it later.

Do you need to know my traffic?

Yes, and we will ask to see it rather than take your word for it. Fifteen meetings a month is a promise about turning visitors into conversations, so it only holds if the visitors are there. If your traffic is too thin for the number to be honest, we will say so on the call instead of taking the work.

What do you need from me to start?

A conversation about who your best clients are and what you want more of. After that the research and writing are ours to do. You are involved when a prospect replies and wants to talk.

Will this sound like a robot wrote it?

Every message references something real and specific about the firm being contacted. If a message cannot say something true and particular, it does not get sent.

How long before anything happens?

The free deliverable usually lands within a few days. The build follows, and the thirty day window runs from the day the system goes live on your site, not from the first conversation.

Fifteen minutes, no deck. We look at your ideal client and what the first month would cost and produce.
