Built for firms that never had time to market themselves.
Accounting and bookkeeping firms grow on referrals until referrals run out. Ripple exists to give those firms an outbound engine and a quieter week, without either one becoming another thing the owner has to manage.
Who you would be working with
I am Cameron King. I am not an accountant and I have never worked inside a firm, so I will not pretend to tell you anything about your own trade.
My background is clinical biology, molecular work specifically. The day to day is trial and error. You build a process, run it, measure what comes back, change one variable, run it again. Almost nothing works on the first pass, and the useful part is finding out why. That is the habit I brought to this, because good outreach is not a clever message. It is a system you run every week and correct when the numbers tell you to.
I have also run my own ecommerce store for the last three years, and that is the part that matters here. It put me on the other side of your desk. A business that does not know its numbers is guessing, and at tax time the gap between clean books and a shoebox is the difference between a bad week and a bad year. Bookkeeping is the backbone. I came to accounting firms because I have been on the buying end of what you sell, and I do not think enough owners understand what it is worth.
I am taking on my first firms right now, and that is exactly why the terms are what they are. Ten qualified leads in thirty days or you do not pay. You are not asked to take my word for any of it, and if it does not work you are out a couple of conversations and nothing else.
It also means you are not account number forty. Your outreach gets built for your firm specifically, and the person who builds it is the person you talk to.
How I work
Research before outreach
Volume is the easy way to get a sending domain burned and a firm's name attached to spam. I look at prospects individually and write from what is actually true about them. Fewer messages, better ones.
Something free before anything is owed
Every conversation starts with one built deliverable handed over, no strings. If you take it and never speak to me again, it is still yours and it still works.
The guarantee is the pitch
Ten new leads inside thirty days or you do not pay. Putting the risk on my side is the shortest way to say I expect it to work.
No price until you ask for one
Nothing I send names a figure, because a number without context is noise. You get a real one on a call, scoped to your firm.
Why accounting firms
Because the pattern repeats. The work is good, the clients stay, and nobody inside the firm has an hour a day to go find the next one. Marketing is the first thing dropped in busy season and the last thing picked back up.
That is a fixable problem, and it is a better fit for outbound than most industries: the buyers are identifiable, the decision maker is usually the owner, and the value of one new retained client is high enough that a handful of conversations a month changes the year.
See whether it fits your firm.
Fifteen minutes. If it is not a fit, you will know inside the call rather than after a proposal.
